Patti is the founder and CEO of Law Office Support Services. Patti has been providing complete business services to small business owners and professionals for over 40 years. Her extensive legal background provides her with the experience necessary to be a full time outsourced business administrator and financial manager allowing business owners and professionals to focus their efforts on using their professional skills instead of maintaining business operations and human resources. Patti’s emphasis has been helping professional businesses and individual clients with a wide range of consulting, planning, accounting, billing and QuickBooks issues.

Heidi is from upstate New York and has a BA from Cornell University and an MA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. After living in Jerusalem for three years, she moved to Colorado and loves it so much, she never wants to leave. She worked for a non-profit before moving to Colorado and for the past 12 years has helped manage the accounting,  bookkeeping, and HR needs of our law firm clients.

Kaley graduated from the University of Colorado Denver Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Law Studies. She specializes in business management, accounting, and HR.

Molly works diligently to make sure all law firms needs are being met pertaining to accounting, billing, and administrative tasks. Molly’s experience in accounting and bookkeeping makes her a valuable asset to not only to Law Office Support Services, but to all law firms as well.
